From time to time we all go through dark times and sometimes things get so dark that it is difficult to find a way forward. We cannot see the wood for the trees. I know what it is like to be in that position and have nobody to talk to. This blog has been set up to be exactly that, a friend to talk to. Let me start by saying, categorically, that I am not a psychologist or a trained counsellor, I am merely a friend, somebody to listen to you.
If anybody needs to talk about anything that is troubling them and has found themselves in this dark place, I am here for you. I am here for anyone no matter what age they are or what background. I am hoping to slowly build up this blog from scratch and to turn it into something much bigger. I hope to get on board some more caring people to help me out with this project.

We all need somebody to talk to from time to time and hopefully this place can provide a little bit of comfort at your time of need. Whether you are suffering from domestic abuse, addiction, bullying or any other problem, this site is for you.
I also hope to post articles and interviews that will be of benefit to a wide range of people suffering from problems and if anybody has any links or articles that they think would suit this site, please contact me. Also I would also appreciate any help with this blog if anybody has any IT related ideas and I am also looking for artwork or poetry to make the place a little prettier !

I must also stress now that this blog is not here to give financial or medical advise that can be better addressed by a Solicitor or a family Doctor. This blog is here for genuine people in need and other than those stated, no problem is out of bounds.
